NEW MENU LAUNCHED


We’re delighted to launch our new menu for Spring and Summer.

With our award-winning Cullen Skink taking centre stage in the starters alongside a Duck Confit and Peppered Beef Tower.  We have a selection of lighter bites including sandwiches for lunchtimes.  Our mains include 28-day aged prime Scottish steaks, Fish ’n Chips and a gorgeous Lamb Shank with a red wine jus.  To finish off you’ll be tempted by some great desserts with a Crème Brûlée and Sticky Toffee Pudding.

We’ve also a great menu for our little diners.  Our kid’s menu is interactive with games and colouring in to keep them busy.

To make our menus really stand out, we asked a local artist to create a collage on the reverse side of all our new menus.  It will create a real talking point for diners.  It depicts lots of local features from in and around the hotel.  The viaduct and Cullen Kirk take centre stage in the collage as well as the golf course, the local distillery and of course our award winning Cullen Skink.
