Dine
Our restaurant is well worth the visit for locally sourced and freshly cooked food whilst enjoying the commanding views of the Moray Firth.
We like to champion local suppliers and our restaurant serves some of the freshest seafood around. From the sea to our kitchen, the local seafood can take as little as six hours.
Our beef has been aged for 28 days and comes from a local supplier whilst our vegetables come from within a 20-mile radius. All food is cooked to order by our team of skilled chefs.
Winners of Cullen Skink World Championships
We are the current winners of the recent traditional recipe for Cullen Skink in November 2015.
We are also winners of the first ever Cullen Skink with a Twist World Championships for 2014.
Cullen Skink is a delicious fish based soup made with potatoes, onions, milk and/or cream. It originated from the local area in the late 1800s and has been a firm favourite of locals and tourists alike ever since.
